Business Engagement

Jamcracker has a Master Distribution Agreement (MDA) with each software, services and content vendor that allows Jamcracker to wholesale these On-Demand products and services through JSDN. Through integrated services delivery and provisioning, JSDN integrates with existing services delivery infrastructures from a single administrative interface.

Integrating Services to the JSDN

The Jamcracker Services Delivery Network (JSDN) platform features a streamlined, carrier-grade, scalable, open standards-based architecture pre-integrated with Parlay and JBOSS, that is both network and technology agnostic. Its delivery platform easily integrates with existing OSS, BSS and IMS infrastructure.

Modular APIs are available to develop adapters for new content, services and applications. The platform consists of several key components to multi-tenant, multi-tiered, On-Demand delivery and management including role based access control, identity management including authentication and authorization, user profile management, single sign-on, service cataloging, provisioning, service offers and bundling capabilities, branding and promotion management, personalization and billing support.

Jamcracker provides the technical training and support to help content providers develop the adapters that make their software ready for inclusion in the JSDN marketplace. This process is usually accomplished in hours or days, rather than the weeks or months expected in the past. Once the adapter is in place, vendors can take advantage of single sign-on, provisioning, and other back-end functions necessary for the secure and efficient delivery of their On-Demand applications.

Modular APIs and XML-based interfaces are available via the Jamcracker Integration Toolkit (JIT) that enable content providers to develop their own adapters for adding solutions to the JSDN. The JIT exposes key JSDN components that provide a uniform front-end across all partner solutions including roles-based access control, identity management, user authentication and authorization, user profile management, single sign-on, catalog administration, provisioning, bundling capabilities, branding and promotion management, personalization, and billing support.
