JAMCRACKER LAUNCHES JAMCRACKER SERVICE DELIVERY NETWORK 2.0

New On Demand Marketplace Adds Comprehensive Member Services

SANTA CLARA, CA, July 31, 2006 – Jamcracker today released version 2.0 of the Jamcracker Service Delivery Network (JSDN), the On Demand Marketplace comprised of On Demand providers and Solution Providers (Managed Service Providers, Systems Integrators, Outsourcers, Telcos, VARs, etc.). JSDN 2.0 enables solution providers to instantly create turnkey online stores from which they can offer and deliver a variety of On Demand Services to their business customers.

JSDN 2.0 makes it possible for solution providers, at any stage of the On Demand delivery market, to quickly improve their position and rapidly increase revenue. The new features in JSDN allow solution providers to:

  1. Source services from the nearly 200 third-party On Demand services in the JSDN Marketplace
  2. Test Drive services in their own personalized “virtual playground,” reducing the time and hassle of selecting services for resell
  3. Select services to resell with a couple mouse clicks, instantly adding them to their own customer-facing catalog
  4. Re-Brand services for direct sales or through channels
  5. Bundle services to maximize sell through and revenue
  6. Deliver services to customers, or through channels, with automated and seamless management of the entire customer lifecycle from order management to support, including provisioning, billing and account management.

The technology features in JSDN 2.0 also include enhanced reporting and auditing and a complete billing solution. Solution providers can also select additional business services provided by Jamcracker to augment their On Demand delivery processes that include customer support, collections and settlement.
