"Launching On Demand Services – Challenges and Lessons Learned," will be presented by Jamcracker’s Senior Director of Telecom Solutions, Gopan Madathil, at Telestrategies’ Billing and OSS World 2006, May 3 – 5, 2006 in Miami Florida.

Based on Jamcracker’s seven years of enabling Service Providers to profitably deliver On Demand services, Madathil will examine how to overcome the time-critical challenges they face as multiple, new On Demand services are introduced into their environments. He will also discuss best practices in marketing and operational management of On Demand delivery, how to drive down costs while rapidly implementing new services and how On Demand services have changed the support infrastructure.
