K. B. CHANDRASEKHAR, CEO and Chairman
K.B. Chandrasekhar ("Chandra") founded Jamcracker in 1999, and is also co-founder and Chairman of e4e Services Inc., a global business process outsourcing company. In the mid-1990s, he founded Exodus Communications, which he led to become the leading provider of enterprise hosting services. Chandra is also Chairman of Aztec Software, and has invested in numerous research and development ventures within the US as well as India.
GARY WILLIS , Vice President of Sales
Gary has extensive experience in the enterprise software and services market. Prior to Jamcracker, he held executive-level sales positions with QAD, a provider of software and services for global manufacturing companies, and as VP of Sales at Sterling Software. Gary also served in various sales management positions at Kintana and INTERMEC Technologies.
STEVE CRAWFORD, Vice President of Marketing
Prior to joining Jamcracker, Steve was founder and principal at Stratecus Group, a strategic marketing consultancy. Previously he was VP of Marketing and Strategy for PKWARE, where he led its repositioning as a security software company. He also held marketing, product management and business development leadership roles within VeriSign, Octel Communications and Lockheed Martin.
VINAY BHARDWAJ , Vice President of Engineering
Vinay joined Jamcracker in 2000, coming from Oracle where he led the development of their Internet Applications and CRM integration products. Prior to this, Vinay was with TCS, Asia's largest independent software and services organization, where he led the development and implementation of ERP and custom applications for financial services, health care, and government markets.
TUSHAR TRIVEDI , Vice President of Operations
Tushar has built and led services organizations within early-stage companies as well as large organizations. Tushar’s prior experience includes entrepreneurial and executive leadership positions at Fugensoft, Channel Automation, and AT Systems. He also led professional services, customer support and consulting organizations within HP, Sun and Applied Materials.

MAX HOPPER, Chairman of the Board, PGP Corporation
Max Hopper’s career includes a 20-year tenure with AMR Corporation (American Airlines), where as Senior Vice President, CIO, and CEO and Chairman of AMR’s SABRE Group, he pioneered the delivery of electronic commerce and information services to the travel industry, establishing SABRE as the first broadly-adopted On-Demand Service. He also served as Executive Vice President and CIO at Bank of America, and held executive positions at Shell Oil, EDS, and United Airlines. Max has received numerous awards related to advancing information technology.
SAM JADALLAH, General Partner, Mohr Davidow Ventures
Prior to MDV, Sam was managing director of Internet Capital Group where he led the west coast and Asian operations and served as a member of ICG's senior management team and acquisition committee. Previously, Sam was at Microsoft for over a decade, most recently as a corporate officer and Vice President, Worldwide Enterprise Sales. Sam led Microsoft’s focus on the SMB market, and drove its Global Channels strategy. He also served as general manager of Worldwide Business Strategy and led Microsoft.com during its early growth years.
