Marketing and Online Marketplace Coordinator

Exciting opportunity for someone with marketing experience and the ability to help coordinate the industry’s leading Software as a Service Online Marketplace.

The Jamcracker Service Delivery Network is an online marketplace made up of vendors selling hosted services and resellers that resell those services.

We need a special person who has general marketing experience to assist with traditional ongoing marketing programs and who can help coordinate all aspects of the online marketplace.

Position Requirements

Marketing: Overall marketing support including:

  • Trade show hosted events coordination – coordinate all details of trade show attendance and hosted events like webinars, seminars etc.
  • Marcom support – including proofing, some writing and complete production and inventory responsibility
  • Conduct direct email and mail campaigns – including list acquisition
  • CRM/SFA Management –manage marketing database, capture - qualify and track leads through sales cycle, automate and track/analyze marketing campaigns

Online Marketplace

  • Oversee accurate submission of information into the Online marketplace. This includes but is not limited to company profiles, contact and service information

Job Summary

The Product Marketing/Management role is responsible for both managing the full product life cycle and product ownership from a product marketing perspective. This position involves close interaction with Marketing, Development, Sales, and Professional Services.

Description of Duties

Product Management

  • Gather, distill, prioritize, and document product requirements from prospects, evaluators, customers and internal sources

The primary responsibility of the Director of Client Solutions is to support the direct sales operation in all phases of the pre-sales cycle, including technical qualification, discovery, requirements definition, technical presentation, configuration of custom demonstrations, and the design, implementation and management of onsite proof-of-concept projects.

Position Description:

Responsibilities:
