The Jamcracker Services Delivery Network (JSDN) platform features a streamlined, carrier-grade, scaleable, open standards-based architecture pre-integrated with Parlay and JBOSS, that is both network and technology agnostic. Its delivery platform easily integrates with existing OSS, BSS and IMS infrastructure.

Modular APIs are available to develop adapters for new content, services and applications. The platform consists of several key components to multi-tenant, multi-tiered, On-Demand delivery and management including role based access control, identity management including authentication and authorization, user profile management, single sign-on, service cataloging, provisioning, service offers and bundling capabilities, branding and promotion management, personalization and billing support.

The JSDN platform exposes APIs for integration purposes and software, services, and content vendors can incorporate their On-Demand products and services into JSDN by building an adapter for their software. Both Jamcracker or its content partners can develop the integration to JSDN solution leveraging its “Partner enablement Program.”

Jamcracker provides the technical training and support to help content providers develop the adapters that make their software ready for inclusion in the JSDN marketplace. This process is usually accomplished in hours or days, rather than the weeks or months expected in the past. Once the adapter is in place, vendors can take advantage of single sign-on, provisioning, and other back-end functions necessary for the secure and efficient delivery of their On-Demand applications.
