The Jamcracker Services Delivery Network (JDSN) provides rich administrative features including a single point of provisioning, single sign-on, and settlement for a wide array of services. This gives content providers business and technology expertise through dozens of “best-of-breed” On-Demand products and services, which are fully integrated and delivered from a technical, support, and business perspective.
Jamcracker has a Master Distribution Agreement (MDA) with each software, services and content vendor that allows Jamcracker to wholesale these On-Demand products and services through JSDN. Through integrated services delivery and provisioning, JSDN integrates with existing services delivery infrastructures from a single administrative interface. Software, services, and content vendors can also participate in JSDN’s Instant Store program.
This “turnkey” solution allows service providers/resellers to create an eCommerce storefront and begin reselling On-Demand products and services available through JSDN’s software, services and content vendors. With a few clicks of the mouse, service providers can offer their customers On-Demand services for resale, web-based catalog, customer order management, and automated service provisioning. Billing, Settlement and Support are handled by Jamcracker.
