For resellers, JSDN provides the functionality necessary to easily manage and support the resale of On-Demand services, specifically around commerce and billing, merchandising, administration, and communication.
Commerce & Billing
JSDN enables resellers to bundle, re-brand and sell any On-Demand service with which Jamcracker has signed a Master Distribution Agreement. Branded customer invoices are automatically generated each month. JSDN supports credit card purchases as well as purchase orders and manual billing.
Merchandising
JSDN provides the ability to resell On-Demand services to end-users via an Instant Store, JSDN’s “turnkey” solution to create an eCommerce storefront to quickly begin reselling On-Demand products and services.Instant Stores are customized with the reseller’s branding and are tailored to include only those services they choose from JSDN’s pre-certified catalog of services. Resellers can easily set and change their pricing via JSDN’s web-based interface.
Administration
JSDN allows resellers to proxy manage end-user accounts via its management and reporting console. This console supplies the ability to create, update and delete user accounts as well as the ability to create an order on behalf of customers. Resellers can also outsource all customer support to Jamcracker.
Communication
JSDN provides resellers the ability to communicate important announcements and timely promotions via the end-user portal home page.
