Commerce & Billing
JSDN enables wholesalers to distribute any On-Demand service with which Jamcracker has signed a Master Distribution Agreement. This gives wholesalers the ability to sell directly to end users and through resellers. Branded customer invoices are automatically generated each month. JSDN supports credit card purchases as well as purchase orders.
Merchandising
With JSDN, it is easy to create bundled On-Demand service offerings from different vendors, set wholesale price and minimum advertised prices for resellers, and allow product test-drives for variable time periods.
Administration
JSDN allows wholesalers to proxy manage reseller and end-user accounts via its management and reporting console. This console supplies a complete set of reports for orders, usage, billing and trials. Wholesalers can also outsource all customer support to Jamcracker.
